This is the mockup of a 7x10 inch booklet created for the talk "Not as the World Giveth" by Elder Jeffery R. Holland (the talk can be found here). I used the principles of graphic design to create a booklet that reflected both my personal tastes and the subject of the talk. This time I used a cooler color scheme, and I used the repetition of double lines all throughout the design.

My color palette included white, mint green, cherry red, royal blue, and dark blue. The fonts used were Bembo Book MT Pro, Legacy Sans ITC Pro, and Trade Gothic Next LT Pro.

I designed a lot of the shapes to mimic the style of the animated movie "The Secret of Kells." It uses a lot of spirals, circles, and decorative lines, and I was pleased to be able to work some of that into the booklet.
