At the time of our first meeting with the client, he already had a negative experience with visualizers on this project. After that, he made deep market research and took an informed decision by choosing our studio.
Despite the fact that initially, we received the minimum amount of materials, we gladly accepted this challenge and creatively approached the selection of references for the visualization of modern interiors and exteriors of premium villas. We carefully approached the preparation of a 3D model of the facades of houses and the landscape of a cottage community, conducted a selection of angles, taking into account the rules of composition and the task assigned to us. This allowed us to come to a result that 100% satisfied needs of our client and helped to achieve goals in sales of cottages
As a result, we created presentation materials for an investment project with visualization of premium cottages, townhouses, planning solutions, and internal infrastructure facilities. The created renders are used by the client for printed promotional materials and demonstrations on web resources.
Visual materials are presented in several lighting options: daytime and evening, which helps to form a complete picture of future housing
