In this project we need to research and list down the 80’s culture, music, hairdos, dressing, or even the pose in portrait sessions. In my impression, the 80s I know are more Hong Kong style, because my dad is a person who likes to watch theaters and movies, especially Hong Kong movies. And because of this, I have been watching Hong Kong movies with my dad since I was a child, so the 80s are very retro to me. Whether it is clothing or appearance, it is very comfortable to watch, and it has a temperament.
There is a saying that "fashion is a reincarnation" I think it is correct. Every year, every period, there will be a more popular fashion item or fashion outfit. Many of these clothes have been popular in the 80s, but they have been redesigned and added with new elements and so on. For example, denim. The denim in the 1980s showed a classic blue tone, with a slightly lower saturation and a combination of gray tones, making the classic blue tone more calm and restrained. The classic indigo color is widely used in work jackets and trousers. Light blue is more suitable for wide-shoulder suits, jackets and suits with modern modern shapes.
The following is a little research and introduction to denim fabrics.
Wide shoulders
In the 1980s, businesswomen thought that a majestic dress could make them compete with men at work, and tuck two large shoulder pads in a suit jacket to create a magnificent visual effect. This season, the designers used denim fabrics to reproduce the sense of the power of 80 women and added waist details to make the overall shape more feminine.
Snowflake texture wash
The most fashionable wash color is the blue and white snowflake denim, which perfectly reproduces the iconic wash effect of the 80s. The whole or part of the denim is washed away, and the old design is required. The classic stone washing and pickling effects are recreated through low-pollution technology, and the snowflake tannins are pushed to the forefront of the trend and return to the front line in a cooler, more fashionable, and fresher form.
Classical original cow
With the retro-style and durable design upgrade and update denim, pollution-free unique reactive gene dyes and natural organic texture denim fabrics are fused. The denim yarn never fades. The pre-treated fabric effect replaces the washing treatment, reduces water pollution, and strengthens the color fastness so that the retro style can be matched with modern shades, which stretches the application dimension of the denim fabric.

In this photo-illustration I use a lot of bright, with a color representing 80s as a background. In the middle, I was wearing colorful long sleeves with a line design on the upper body, and a short dark chocolate skirt on the lower body. I tied two ponytails to my hair and then brought a pair of sunglasses. Because I found that many people who wear gorgeous 80s use sunglasses to give their outfit a different feel. I just think that the original pose and clothes, plus sunglasses, the whole aura is different from the pattern. At the bottom, you can see game consoles, phones, Game Boy, and things like computers. These are things that often appear in the 80s, and they are a bit different from ours now. But he looks at these items so that they have always been tasted, that is, even if this thing is left for 10 or even 20 years, it will always become a collection item. Although it is a toy that only understand in 80s, but I have seen and even played Game Boy and game consoles.
