Project- Effective Dev Hand-off in a collaborative design team
The purpose of the research to find out all the factors which allows effective dev hand-off after the design is completed. This will improve the design operations for both UX and Dev team. We would collect feedback from Dev team and come up with a standard approach which is suitable for both dev and UX team.

Methodology
Moderated User Interview-
We plan to spend up to one hour on an audio or video conference with users. During that time, we aimed to capture their behavior working in their environment. This is more of a conversation between a researcher and a participant, where the researcher digs deep into a particular topic.
