Hi-C Packaging Refresh

Hi-C is a fruit juice–flavored drink made by the Minute Maid division of The Coca-Cola Company. It was created by Niles Foster in 1946 and released in 1947. The sole original flavour was orange.

The brief was to rebrand Hi-C with a more prominent placement of the Minute Maid logo on the packaging. This new design had to be fun and playful so that it will appeal to its target audience of young children. All old illustrations were removed and an illustration refresh was applied. By using fruit as the main design element, it can allow for new flavours to be added later on. Pairing the new look and feel illustrations with a more modern font, gives the brand a step in the right direction and is more on trend to what we are seeing in the market.

Being just 250mL this cute but memorable tetra pack design will standout on shelf and catch the eyes of young ones alike. In the islands, the more brighter and colourful the drink, the better it will sell in the market.
