The James Webb Space Telescope is one of mankind’s most ambitious space projects ever. With its huge primary mirror consisting of 18 hexagons, it will be able to look back through time to the beginning of our universe. Seeing things no other telescope could have seen before, it will help answer many questions—including those we probably didn’t even know we had.
