As the song title, I placed a translucent glass so that the inside and outside can be felt, placing the type in space to create a sense of distance.
12. 한국사람 - jelly!
Inspired by the part of the lyrics, 'My heart is rotten and tattered', I inserted a graphic reminiscent of ribs between the typography.
13. Glen Check - Velvet Goldmine
Velvet Goldmine is also the name of Todd Haynes's film. The psychedelic mood repeatedly mentioned in the lyrics of Glen Check's song and the color that can create the neutral and decadent atmosphere of glam rock suggested in the film were used. 14. MISO - Alone
I wanted to bring out the feeling of the chair floating in the cozy room in the album, so I floated the type on a gradient of warm colors. The shadow that falls between the letters ALONE is MISO.
15. Tamia - Officially Missing You
Like 'All I hear is raindrops, falling on the rooftop' in the first paragraph, I made water drops falling and letters are refracted. I found out later that 's' was missing in 'missing'...
16. 이강승 - 사랑이 너무 헤퍼
I inspired by the expression 'a piece in the middle of a loose heart' in the lyrics, I designed a graphic that spreads puzzle-like graphics on the poster.
17. Emotional Oranges - West Coast Love
After replacing the song title with a geometric figure, I designed it using the blend function of the illustrator.
18. Sheena Ringo - Marunouchi Sadistic
I think Sheena Ringo is an artist who accepts immorality as an aesthetic with a fundamental appeal for the sake of music. In particular, I think this album cover expresses Sheena Ringo's mood well, so I tried to capture the symbolic meaning of disorder, imperialism, and Taisho just like the album cover.
19. REI AMI - SNOWCONE
This is a poster I made using the most features of Illustrator's mesh, blend, warp, pathfinder, and so on.
20. SURL(설) - 눈
I thought that Surl's intuitive voice and this album cover did not go well together, so I selected only the color that is the major of the album cover and designed it to create a more intuitive graphic.
