Another new repeat design, this time with a more child-friendly spin. I was drawing out Walrus and Narwhal skeletons and I got incredibly frustrated by the lack of useful references online, so I started doodling some more cartoonish characters instead...then a crown, for no apparent reason.

The final print with proposed colors and potential application. I also submitted the design to Threadless for consideration in their latest Kids-themed contest.

Inked sketches, using my favorite fountain pen plus the 01 black micron for added detail. I scrapped the fish hooks, most of the shells, the banner, and the anchor...but I really want to find a use for that fish skeleton.
