A sister brand to Canopy, The Sympathetic Ear is a bottle shop and bar in Brixton, showcasing the best of craft drinks on tap and to take away.
Strong illustrations coupled with witty copy form the basis for the easy going identity, with an emphasis on not taking yourself too seriously. The scenes are inspired by those snippets of conversations you overhear while waiting at the bar, the small samples of other peoples lives that always leave you wanting to know more!
An added benefit of being partnered with a brewery is the opportunity to craft your own beer. Two brews and counting, we again commissioned the expressive hand drawn stylings of Rebecca Davies to create portraits of members of the team and customers to feature on the cans.
