The menu for the “Minor Swing” bar in Gent became a time consuming project. But it was certainly worth it.
All menu items were cut out by hand and laminated one by one. The menus became quite a success as -after only a week- customers had already taken 6 menus from the bar.
A small label now asks the customers to please not take the menus with them.
