       在过去的一年半里,数百万的人感染了新冠病毒,同时,也产生了大量的医疗垃圾。这些垃圾是具有传染性的,必须要严格控制。但是目前这些垃圾的处理还是需要工人手工操作,这对他们的生命健康造成了很大的威胁。本项目通过无人运输技术,实现了对于医废垃圾的收集-运输-封口-消毒-存放,避免了工作人员的直接接触,保护了其人身安全。

       In the past year and a half, millions of people have been infected with the new crown virus, and a large amount of medical waste has also been generated. This garbage is contagious and must be strictly controlled. However, the current handling of these garbage still requires manual operation by workers, which poses a great threat to their lives and health. This project uses unmanned transportation technology to realize the collection-transport-sealing-disinfection-storage of medical waste, avoiding direct contact with staff and protecting their personal safety.
     本次设计为解决医废回收中的非必要接触问题。在使用中,无人车将会定时清理各个科室暂存点的医废垃圾(在冗余时可通过应急按钮呼叫无人车),通过翻转机构将垃圾桶中的垃圾转移到无人车中,并对垃圾桶内部进行消毒。在达到无人车额定容量时,无人车会自动驶往医院规定的存放点,将车内的垃圾进行打包密封,并放置到指定位置。

       This design is to solve the non-essential contact problem in the recycling of medical waste. In use, the unmanned vehicle will regularly clean up the medical waste in the temporary storage points of each department (in the case of redundancy, the unmanned vehicle can be called by the emergency button), the garbage in the trash can will be transferred to the unmanned vehicle through the turning mechanism , and disinfect the inside of the trash can. When the rated capacity of the unmanned vehicle is reached, the unmanned vehicle will automatically drive to the storage point specified by the hospital, pack and seal the garbage in the vehicle, and place it in a designated location.
