Before the design, we found out the shape characteristics of the TWS headset with obvious features on the market, and obtained the design direction of the product through the analysis of the silhouette, so as to differentiate the product from the existing products.

First of all, we analyzed the experience of the existing products, and found that because the center of gravity of the product is tilted to the outside, the contact point with the ear is only one place and the contact point is small, resulting in serious ear pressure. To solve these problems, we first deconstructed the internal structure of the earphone, and then rearranged it according to the shape of the ear and added contact points to reduce the sense of pressure brought by the earphone.

Secondly, after having a preliminary idea, we simulated and verified our idea by using materials such as mud and foam, and modified and verified the product size several times through 3D printing, as to achieve the most comfortable wearing experience.
