Election is one of the most celebrated festival in the world's largest democratic country, India, where the public is allowed to use their voting rights. This project was done during the Legislative Assembly election in West Bengal in the year 2021, where the contest of election was centered between AITC (All India Trinamool Congress) and BJP (Bharatiya Janta Party). The star campaigner for AITC was Mamta Banerjee (CM,West Bengal) and Abhishek Banerjee (MP, AITC) who is also her nephew whereas the star campaigner for BJP was the Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself along with Amit Shah (Indian Minister of Home Affairs, BJP MP) and other prominent leaders from BJP like Jagat Prakash Nadda(MP, Party President for BJP), Yogi Adityanath (aka Ajay Mohan Bisht, CM, Uttar Pradesh) etc, All these campaigns happend during the month of February, March and April 2021 when some parts of the country was suffering from the surging Corona virus cases due to second wave hit to the country. The election was conducted in eight phases which took it more than one month of time to complete all the phases and the result was declared on 2 May 2021 where AITC won by 213 seats following BJP with 77 seats, Independent 1 and Rashtriya Secular Majlis Party got 1 seat out of 292 total constituencies.
