Strawberry Moon Visualization
June’s full Moon—typically the last full Moon visible after the summer solstice—is traditionally called the Strawberry Moon. The Full Moon will appear close to the lunar perigee (the closest point to Earth) and will be slightly bigger and brighter than usual which will make it the fourth and final Super moon of 2021. The Strawberry Moon will light up the night sky on June 24th. It will reach peak illumination at 7:40 PM GMT (12:40 AM in Bangladesh) and will be brightly visible throughout the night.
