We wanted a piano from very close, focusing on the key-bed and playing with the depth of field. 

The first step would be to create the piano "body" (only what would be visible for our shot)

Right after, we created one white and one black key and we used the array modifier to multiply them.

Additionally, the boolean modifier to make the black keys create the holes in the white keys.

The concept of the piano is complete now, and then, we proceeded to create materials and to position the camera and lights for our shot.

We used a movable object to play with the camera's focus as it would go into position, thus changing the focal length and giving a depth perspective.

We used the same render for creating the cover of the product.
