Residential Complex in Yerevan
Project is located in the city of Yerevan- between Nar-Dos street and Tigran Mets ave. Currently, the chosen area is overloaded and main point of the project is to solve parking problem and create an yard for the residents which is currently missing,as the whole area is full of garages and irregular construction.
I've kept the existing mid-storied buildings demolished all the construction in the yard, and created a place which would contribute to the in between relations of neighbours,such as cafes,sport zones, playgrounds,and besides I've created a pavillion and an art center which is located right in the center of the bottom yard. Main used materials are travertine,glass,concrete. As I have already said, parking lots are a huge problem in this area,as the complex is situated right next to a market. I created an underground parking,so I can get as much green space as possible in the yards.
