A Carmel, Indiana business leader, Dan Klausner maintains a managing role with the Silver Birch Companies and heads Paradigm Real Estate Investments. With the latter firm, Dan Klausner is spearheading a major $2.5 million project that involves redevelopment of the Rosner building.

A centerpiece of Speedway’s Main Street District for decades, the historical building spans 16,000 square feet and is located near the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With renovations underway, construction is set to be finished by December 2021. The project is described by a local redevelopment commission member as providing “significant momentum” to area growth, while creating an atmosphere conducive to attracting high level professionals.

The building’s incoming tenant, Wilcox Environmental Engineering Inc., will relocate from Indianapolis and bring an expanding workforce that totals more than 50 employees. In addition, the building will offer first floor leasing opportunities within a 3,500 square-foot space. Among the dynamic companies that have arrived in Speedway in recent years are the Juncos Racing Team, Ed Carpenter Racing, Daredevil Brewing Co., and Speedway Indoor Karting.
