[Awareness campaign] Use it. Bin it.

Use it. Bin it.

The environmental awareness campaign “Use it. Bin it.” has been created in order to tackle one of the big issues that the global pandemic has brought about in the last couple of years, which is pollution due to the unlawful disposal of face masks on the streets.

Many people have dumped their face masks on the ground instead of in a bin after being done with them, and this has caused an increase in environmental pollution on our streets.

The campaign aims at informing people of the environmental dangers of disposing of face masks in such a way, by depicting a face mask of disproportionate size being positioned in a random spot within the city.

Depicting the face mask in such a disproportionate measure will hopefully let people know that a small item like that can become a big issue if not disposed of properly. Hence why the trap line “A small change today can save our planet tomorrow”.

The campaign design was created by Digital Designer Nicola Piedimonte and the copy was produced by Marketing Specialist Gloria Mastromauro.
