REF – March Of Ants
This experimental piece of music is based on the idea of creative tandem
of human and artificial intelligence. When working with AI, the musician
acts more like a conductor than a composer. For example, here synth
and rhythm MIDI (notes) were made by AI, while I assembled them into
a coherent composition, selected the voices of instruments, created the
concept and mood of whole piece. The name of track was generated
by AI itself.

boundaries. The discoveries I make in this area never cease to amaze me.

rests on two fundamentally opposite poles: randomness and repetition.
It is the fusion of these two principles that allows one to get this kind of
"progressive", psychedelic sound, which is characteristic of such genres
of 70-es music as prog-rock, art-rock, kraut-rock, zeuhl and jazz-fusion.
It is interesting to note that these directions are often called "intellectual",
or they even say “the ultimate top of musical evolution” since progressive
pieces often have a structure in complexity that is not inferior to classical
academic music. If not instrumental, it doesn’t lack deep poetic lyrics,
and its riffs require pure performance, virtuoso instrumental proficiency
and impeccable knowledge of music theory.
