CITY OF WINDS
This artwork was created for DeepStitched Records, a proudly South African record label. I was tasked to create the EP cover artwork for 'City of winds' by Wade Watts. The artwork was used online on streaming sites as well as for promotional content.
Having worked with Wade before, and knowing his love for stories around his music, I created this artwork around the phrase: "Catch the wind". In a fantasy world, where stories beyond our wildest dreams may happen, Wade explores all its nuances and aspirations.
Projects where I get to design the cover art for music are among my favourites. This is what I love doing.
