M Village Coliving

"A place that's individually
and collectively ours."
M Village

Wants to stretch beyond the definition of simply cohabiting, M Village introduces themselves not only a space to rest, but a place feel connected belonged to in the middle of city's hustle and bustle. From a public BBQ oven to the chitchat bench in the laundromat, M Village fosters connection amidst a diverse and enriched community, alongside nurturing aspiration and peace that one needs.

Modern living + Fun experience

Take materials from the dynamic vernacular signage, we want the identity to reflex Saigon cosmopolitan vibe with a rich diversity of characteristic and narratives.
The identity breathes life into a seemingly tranquil residential space using harmonious visual paradox- simple yet sophisticated, vigorous yet calm,... which together bring into a contemporary atmosphere.
Environmental Design

We work closely alongside the architecture team to ensure a harmonic blend of the environmental and identity concepts by building a pictogram system to support way-finding experience within the space. The line-shaped icon system is designed with correlation to ensure noticeability from a distance without losing the charm and sophistication when placed in a real life environment.
UI Design

We want to provide a tailored experience and values that meet customer needs while
fully deliver M Village community spirit - which set this brand apart from other housing business models like hotel or apartment. The graphic assets are used in moderation, supported by bright, optimistic-tone images together, creating a fresh, youthful vibe yet delicate and peaceful.

“It isn't just a room we offer, but rather
an idea
a cultural sphere
a community
for you to thrive on.
Be more, together.”
