The workshop brief was to boost public service through digital experiences for a terribly busy family person who does not have much time and is coming to Milan for work and needs to get the Area C ticket. 

We do a research plan and from it we run surveys for understanding the problem with Area C. 
After that, we interpretate the data, make benchmarking and brainstorm for having new ideas for the problem. 

The result was a link with google maps (for understanding the place, limits, and understanding fast that it exists) and an update for the web page. All of these for having more friendly, easier and quick user experience.
