Product Brief:

First thing It is designed as plugin. Here user can be able to send feedback. They can able to send feedback in a particular order(As per requirement), first rating then they have to choose categories(multi select) from list of 10. Once submitted user can also resubmit the feedback to same or other person. Unlike individual product this needs to be designed as plugin(as per requirement).
