Plóntur is a set of generative art illustrations created only with the blend tool and "Distort & Transform" effect in Illustrator. The whole project was made while experimenting for Djúpur Sjór II series. Few shapes reminded me of open flowers and leaves,

so I continued to experiment in that direction. 

If you google the names you will find out exactly which plant they resemble

The process is so delicate that a slight movement of one point can change and transform an entire shape. One by one I started creating a collection of flowers and plants. You can see a demo of the complex process below.
