Circular Calligraphy in Three Dimensions

Circular calligraphy:
Hand-painted massage parlor. Made to order for my friend yoganutyy

Technical complexity:

It consisted in the fact that on three surfaces - the side wall, the front wall and on the ceiling, it was necessary to place a circle so that from a certain point of view it looked completely round. The solution turned out to be to take a rounded object, highlight it with a flashlight and draw an outline on the resulting shadow. Further, the subject moved away, respectively, the shadow expanded. Exactly on the same principle, the subject approached. As a result, several setting directions of the circles were created, in which I have already inscribed calligraphy. This technique made it possible to apply the drawing evenly. The final result of the painting looked equally good both from the side and in the center of the calligraphic mandala inscribed in the corner of the interior. The solution allowed to beat the rectangular shape of the cabinet, visually softening and expanding its space

Техническая сложность:

Заключалась в том, что на трёх поверхностях - боковой стене, лицевой стене и на потолке надо было разместить окружность так, чтобы с определённой точки зрения она выглядела полностью круглой. Решением оказалось взять округлый предмет, подсветить фонариком и на образовавшейся тени сделать контур. Далее предмет отдалялся, соответственно тень расширялась. Точно по такому же принципу предмет приближался. В итоге было создано несколько задающих направлений окружностей, в которые я уже вписывал каллиграфию. Этот приём позволил нанести рисунок ровно. Конечный результат росписи смотрелся одинаково хорошо как и сбоку, так и по центру каллиграфической мандалы, вписанной в угол интерьера. Решение позволило обыграть прямоугольную форму кабинета, визуально смягчив и расширив его пространство
