The ones who were left behind...
While making this the idea I had in my head does not come close to what I actually made. Of course I pictured something way cooler but this was the best I could do. I pictured a world that was no longer safe to live in and as people were leaving the plant to find life on another while those standing watching were left behind. If there was a deeper meaning behind It I would say The rich are prioritized while the less fortunate are left to die.
