A typographic project to design a catalogue for the RNLI Saving Lives at Sea exhibition. I wanted to create a traditional, quiet catalogue that explored the idea of balance. I did this by using Jan Tschichold’s theories of page harmony with an underlying 9 column grid to create interest. All of the photographs are my own and I continued with the theme of balance by experimenting with perspectives and focus.
