Montevideu Six Villas is a unique private condominium, right next to the sea, in the middle of Avenida de Montevideu, in one of the most emblematic and exclusive areas of the city of Porto, Portugal.
It was developed a commercial brochure, inspired by the sunset at the sea, bringing an harmony of colours through the logo and the conceptual images, reflecting this wonderful phenomenon of nature through print design.
It's a poetic real estate brochure, which reveals some unique printing details from the choice of the textured papers to the printing itself such as varnish printing which is revealed through the text and the shapes of the logo that appears piece by piece, each chapter, like an authentic storytelling.
