Master Class: "Beautiful Writing of Letters"

I was fortunate enough to be a guest master at an exciting event called "Wake Up Day", which took place in the city of St. Petersburg. The topic of my master class is "Beautiful writing of letters". I deliberately did not limit myself to the terms "Calligraphy" or "Lettering", since my lesson was of an improvisational nature and was of a more extensive nature. I did not know in advance the number of people and their level of skill, I gave the material regarding their skills, which I was figuring out in the moment. Created a pleasant environment, not requiring high results at the end, but directing more towards enjoying the drawing process. He made a quote that we are like samurai, there is no goal for us, the main thing for us is the path. Such a mood was set by an excellent vibe of the master class, which lasted more than 2.5 hours.

I managed to talk about modern writing tools, about ink, markers, shops where all this can be purchased at a good price. We also managed to go through the basic elements for a sense of line, rhythm, a writing instrument, write letters by element, consider the variety of font forms and experiment with writing our own words. Everyone was happy with the knowledge, mood, acquaintances, and I was glad to see smiles on their faces and to transfer my skills and abilities to attentive, thirsty for self-development creators.

Мне посчастливилось быть приглашенным мастером на увлекательное событие под названием "Wake Up Day", проходившее в городе Санкт - Петербург. Тема моего мастер класса "Красивое написание букв". Я специально не стал ограничиваться терминами "Каллиграфия" или "Леттеринг", так как мой урок носил импровизационный характер и носил более обширный замысел. Я заранее не знал количество людей и их уровень мастерства, материал давал относительно их умений, которые выяснял в моменте. Создал приятную обстановку, не требуя высоких результатов в конце, а направляя больше на наслаждение процессом рисования. Произнёс цитату, что мы как самураи, для нас нет цели, для нас главное путь.Такой настрой задал отличный вайб мастер класса, который продлился более 2,5 часов.

Я успел рассказал про современные инструменты письма, про чернила, маркеры, магазины, где всё это возможно приобрести по хорошей цене. Так же мы успели пройти базовые элементы для чувства линии, ритмики, пишущего инструмента, прописать буквы по элементам, рассмотреть разнообразие шрифтовых форм и поэксперементировать с написанием собственных слов. Все остались счастливы от полученных знаний, настроения, знакомств, а я был рад видеть улыбки на лицах и передать свои умения и навыки внимательным, жаждущим саморазвития творцам.
