Assembly Brewing Co is an independent craft beer brewery located in Fremantle, Western Australia. The brewery is housed in Femantle’s warehouse district in a converted factory; an industrial space built from reclaimed timber and fittings. Their new range of Botanical Brew IPA is available in three unique flavours. 

A pastel palette was chosen as a reflection of the floral, botanical notes that characterise each IPA flavour. This was paired with hand crafted illustrations to provide visual links to the botanical ingredients used in each flavour profile. The composition for the packaging was designed as a nod to the vintage industrial style  of the factory that the brewery is housed in and features a clean and casual sans serif typeface.

A range of print materials were also created to promote the product launch including coasters, activation shirts for staff and paste up posters for the local area. The promotional materials feature a range of humours phrases, ‘herb your enthusiasm’, ‘heed our sage advice’ and ‘botanical, sans garden’ to bring a light-hearted hook to the promotion, engaging audiences and reflecting the casual nature of the Assembly Brewing Co brand.
