I soon learned that the world of toy art and toy photography is inmense, and that the things you can learn from it are invaluable. I found myself applying the techniques I have acquired there to the real scale photography projects I have done. My goal-in miniature/acition figure/scale model photography-is to always try and cheat the eye (if its just for a tiny second) into thinking that the things it is looking at are real. So it ocurred to me that I could try some of the things I do at my studio with real life models, only applied to a 1/6 scale figure, my TBLeague girl (also known as a Phicen figure), and see how real I could make her look while being as tasteful as I could. It was really fun working these.
