Minty moments, refers to those little moments in life where it houses happiness.

In these times of pandemic where we have had to reconvert our lives, completely changing our leisure plans or directly canceling them due to constant prohibitions, in many cases they have caused a decrease in our happiness and consequently our level of well-being. For this reason, we must take the opportunity to re-educate ourselves, question many things, make a return to the roots and what really matters.

In this piece I take a tour, from a subjective point of view, of the things that "build" my happiness.
