Kinetic typography video for the exhibition of Francisco Infante-Arana
Francisco Infante-Arana is a classic of Russian land art and kinetic art of 1960-s. His main artistic archievement is «artifacts» — installations in natural landscapes, using mirrors, moving elements and optical illusions. His goal is to search for the infinity of the world through the harmony of natural and artificial.
In the video I recreated silluets, movement and the illusions
of Infante’s installations in kinetic typography with the minimum amount of effects used. The choice of type and music emphasize the minimaistic style of Infante’s works and the influence of the modernism on them.
