Teresa Tavares
Teresa Tavares is an engineer turned personal trainer, athlete and coach with a fitness and functional training background.
She has used the shark as her mascot for years, as she identifies herself with their need to keep moving in order to survive.
I wanted the logo to keep true to the movement dynamic, to look fierce without being aggressive. I kept it minimal to maximize readability, making the most of shapes and visual impact to be used in apparel, coaching sheets and other materials.
It was also important to create an alternative version to be used in smaller scales, mainly as profile picture on Instagram, business cards, etc.
