I am from Arizona and grew up going to Phoenix Suns games. I don't have any purple or orange shoes to match any suns gear I have. This is why I wanted to create custom Air Force 1's.

First I removed the shoe laces and stripped the shoes with acetone. Then I mixed a custom purple and orange. Then painted the solid purple and orange sections with leather paint. Then I taped the shoes showing only the Nike swoosh. I airbrushed some flames then hand painted a white line. I created the Suns new "The Valley" logo in illustrator then created a vinyl stencil. I also painted the "Air" on the base of the shoe orange. I'm looking forward to wearing these to Suns games.
