My client is a veteran firefighter that owns a small pressure washing business that he operates when he's not on duty at the fire station.  His logo and advertisements where some that he had created fairly quickly and on the fly without a whole lot of thought put into actually developing a brand for his business.  For my final project before graduating with my degree in digital media I approached him with the idea of letting me revamp his logo and create a brand for him.  We met and discussed what he liked and didn't like about his current logo and advertisements.  Because he is a first responder and serves his community I wanted to incorporate not only the maltese cross that is part of the fire fighters emblem but also the American flag in his new logo. We chose colors, typefaces, and developed a logo. I also created a business card, a letterhead for him to send out business quotes, a new yard sign design, and a social media banner.

As you can see my client has a few different logos. The logo on the left is what he has on his social media account and the one on the far right is the logo he has on his trailer that he uses for the business.  The middle picture is the yard signs he had made.  He realized after purchasing that the yard signs are fairly hard to read driving down the road but he did like the American flag style of them so we incorporated the American flag into the new design so that he can still use these signs because of the money he invested in them.
