Into the Wind explores the interplay of stillness and space with spirited wonder.
The project is a collaboration between Robin Engelhard and Andrius Dereviancenko. The duo recorded seven tracks at AqTushetii Studio during their residency in Tusheti, Georgia and finalized it in Amsterdam.
"On a typical day we would wake up at 9 and drink coffee with everyone that
was already outside, looking at the vast mountain ranges that surrounded us.
Time would go more slowly and silence was always around. It is from this space
that this album originates and took shape so as a gesture of thanks we decided
to name it after the physical place where we were: Tusheti".
