INTRODUCTION

The project involved creating a basic visual identity for a new veterinary clinic in Wrocław.

The client's assumptions were as follows:
- minimalism,
- simplicity,
- the use of two colors that were to be found in the office.

As it turned out during the logo designing process, it doesn't necessarily have to contain an animal symbol :) Therefore, the logo contains two strong and clearly associated elements: a doctor's cross and a paw.

To show the client how their logo can look like in any space and on paper, I always prepare visualizations.

Below you can find:
- logo embossing on paper,
- logo as a 3D sign.

COLORS & FONT

The client already had two colors selected: a "dirty" fuchsia and a lime green. Having the names of the paints used on the walls of the office, based on the CMYK color chart I chose both colors for printing.

It wasn't easy because I could only see the paint colors as samples in a poorly lit construction store. The client accepted my choices and didn't make any comments (even after receiving the first printed materials) :)

Why Century Gothica?
This font is calm, geometric and therefore harmonious and neutral. The client didn't want anything "shouting" and very eye-catching, so a sans-serif option seemed appropriate - and so it was. Additionally, it is a generally available font, so the client will have no problem with its use, for example on letterheads. A huge advantage is the presence of diacritic signs, which are very important for the Polish language.

completed projects

After the logo design, it was time for another elements:
- a signboard,
- health booklet for the pet,
- a huge stamp,
- website.

The website was prepared based on WordPress template. I edited the chosen template according to the arrangements with the client, added photos and icons, map of the access to the parking places (prepared on the basis of the developer's architectural drawing).

The chosen template is simple and clear. Only 2 extra functionality was added:
- button to book an appointment online,
- button to call directly from the website.

Real-Life Use

Below are photos I received from the client - a sign hanging over the entrance to the office (coffer), a space logo in the waiting room, and the use of a logo motif on furniture.
Thank you for watching :)
