Following a change in building usage, the ground floor of this typical 1906 brick warehouse has been dedicated to host creative workshops and team meetings. New restroom were required, with the ability to welcome persons with reduced mobility. The open space style of the ground floor was preserved by building a house-like restroom underneath the mezzanine.

Door of the restroom needing to be wide for allowing wheelchairs to enter, it has been decided to make it half the width of the cabin. Hinges are hidden as well as the handle, giving a minimalist style to the exterior design.
Natural clear plywood has been used for the exterior and a yellow paint brightens the facade and creates a warm reflection underneath the mezzanine.

The interior design of the restroom is minimalist, with a suspended wooden worktop (actually well fixed on the walls) and hidden pipes within the walls. The stainless steel faucet is tapless (end of the faucet turns for opening/closing it) and contributes to the sleek interior design.
