My demo reel intro
About the project:
When I think about my demo reel I think about my world I mean my work world.
So considering that idea my demo reel intro should be an intro that means entering my world of animation and work history.
I started sketching multiple approaches to translate that idea to an animated intro like this:
- opening a door
- fall from the space into a planet (my planet)
- going through a tunnel
- entering a tv... etc.
In the end I went for the idea of entering a tv so it feel like the tv shows my work then in the end of the show we exit the tv.
Then I jumped right into illustrator to design the tv based on my sketches and finally animating the frames based on my imagination.
First version
Adding no signal idea
Adding some tv reflection
Entering my work world
Showing that its a demo reel
Being clear about my name and specialty "2d motion designer"
