World Chillies is a concept brand for a sustainable packaging design project for Purdue University. In this project, simplicity was my goal. Making sure the main pattern wasn't too cluttered while still occupying the needed space, as well as a simple front label that stands out against the others was very important. When doing research on other packaging designs for chillies, most of them are in plastic bags that aren't sustainable. Choosing a metal can design for the package itself is much more sustainable than plastic.
