Brincadeira de Vilão // Thug Prank

Brincadeira de Vilão é um livro que registra um pouco de tudo o que tenho vivenciado fazendo graffiti nos últimos sete anos. Coloquei nesse livro alguns relatos que eu julguei importantes pra registrar a minha visão sobre esse universo tão marcante que tive a honra de conhecer quando era mais moleque, e que vou carregar pra sempre comigo. Brincadeira de Vilão é um compilado de reflexões, fotografias e brincadeiras gráficas sobre a minha vivência em São Paulo junto com alguns camaradas que felizmente compartilharam essa prosa comigo. Agradeço por todas as paredes riscadas, boas gargalhadas, energias positivas, alguns momentos de pura zoeira, outros de foco e concentração, e por todos os aprendizados que me passaram nesses anos – sobre tinta e sobre postura. Sozinho nada disso teria sentido, porque a amizade sempre foi a chave de todas as portas que abrimos.

Thug Prank is a book which records a little bit of everything I have experienced doing graffiti for the last seven years. I put in this book some stories that I thought were important to record my vision of this universe so remarkable that I had the honor of knowing when I was younger, and that I will carry it with me forever. Thug Prank is a compilation of reflections, photographs and graphic jokes about my experience in São Paulo together with some comrades who happily shared this prose with me. I am grateful for all the scratched walls, good laughs, positive energies, some moments of pure fun, others of focus and concentration, and for all the lessons that they have passed me over these years - about paint and posture. Alone, none of this would make sense, because friendship has always been the key to all the doors we have opened.

Brincadeira de Vilão foi um projeto totalmente independente, o qual eu mesmo escrevi, diagramei, criei o conceito, procurei a gráfica e trabalhei na divulgação. A grande maioria das fotografias também são autorais, exceto por algumas que creditei devidamente ao longo do livro. Thug Prank was a totally independent project, which I wrote it, diagrammed, created the concept, looked for the graphics and worked on the divulgation, all by myself. The vast majority of the photographs are also of their own authorship, except for a few that I have duly credited throughout the book. Também criei um vídeo para o lançamento do livro e fiz algumas fotos das páginas internas, das quais algumas delas foram assinadas em todas as unidades a mão por mim e por outros amigos que fizeram parte da história que eu trouxe através de narrativas e reflexões ao longo do texto.

I also created a video for the book release and took some photos of the internal pages, some of which were signed in all units by hand by me and other friends who were part of the story that I brought through narratives and reflections throughout the text.
