Corporate Design for a ballet ensemble
This is a student project based on the fictive assignment to create a new corporate identity for a German dance ensemble. The task was defined by creating a Logo, business stationary, a brochure, commercial and outdoor advertising. The dance enselble is located in Berlin and performes classic ballet.
The idea behind the design concept was to transfer the perfection of the classic ballet performance into a modern look but also keep the classic attributes.
The claim "cutting edge ballet" highlights the sophistication of the perfomrance and cuts right to the chase of the matter.
The translation from claim to a picutre language and stationary approach was either made by a cut right throug the pictures and paper or foldet edges. The whole design is black and white with golden highlights to ensure a classic presentation.
