Through visual metaphors and set design compositions, Mind the Gap portrays the gender equality gaps that prevail in the workplace and in the creative industries. Each photograph covers a different affair, from motherhood discrimination to the gender pay gap, from the broken rung to the lack of creative mentors that young women can identify with.
