Picture on top is an DDR Passport I re-designed to fit the profile of my custom character for an tabletop role-playing-game.
Second picture of on left, you can see the dices, that get used to roll a pencil and the sheets I use for my backstory. And an version passport-sized.
on the right corner you can see the A4-sized sheets I actually use to write on and edit my stats with.

I found an old DDR-passport and tried to remove the text and photo to be able to make my own version.
