When I was asked, what do you think the world needs, my answer was more diversity and inclusion in all aspects of society. Obviously, and unfortunately, that is easier said than done. The amount of change that needs to occur for diversity and inclusion to become a standard happening in our society is overwhelming. Furthermore, the meaning of diversity and inclusion; as well as its benefits, are not known or spoken about as much as it should be. To address the lack of accessible information regarding the topic, I created The DiversiTeam. A booklet meant to share awareness on what diversity and inclusion is, as well as the benefits of implementing their principles.  

We are all creatives here on Behance. How does diversity and inclusion affect the creative process? Well, if two heads are better than one; all of us and our combined experiences are even better! When we come together and share all we know while working towards a common goal, that is when we create truly innovative experiences that transcend any singular perspective. Diversity and inclusion during the creative process leads to diverse and inclusive solutions!
