This assignment's task was to find a location of interest where a particular subculture hangs out. Document the space through on-the-spot drawings (50+ in sketchbook) that would capture the social and cultural scene of your location.
The final output would be an illustrated zine based on our observational sketches and a 5 second animation loop that highlights three illustrated panels of our zine.
Teenage Head Records is a phonograph record store located in Selangor, Malaysia. The store sells vinyl records and CDs ranging from local to global artists. This zine shows illustrations that conveys my personal experience and perspective through the store focusing particularly on the Indie music.
