A few months before beginning this project, I created this bird illustration in hopes of finding a home for them, and I think this project and the little birds are a perfect match for eachother!

I love the deeper, moodier color scheme of the birds above, but the final design called for something a little lighter and baby-appropriate, so the client went with the design below!
