This was initially a pro bono UI/UX job that turned into a paying gig as the application began to generate interest and evolve: I was first asked to create a user experience for Plendi during proposal phase - at which point we planned all aspects of the application including ports to blackberry and android (it was originally an iOS only proposition)
The Plendi characters are actually based on the husband and wife team that manage the application, and they came for a search for a way to humanise the process of the receipts / communicate friendliness.
