Miramar Homebuilders builds new homes on spec or for clients. We also purchase properties in need of major renovation and resell upon completion. The market we serve is primarily the East Bay of Northern California (Alamo, Danville, Orinda, Lafayette, etc.). Our target price range for a completed home is between 1MM and 2MM. We are a small building company completing just a couple of homes annually. Our target audience is an affluent purchaser that wants all of the latest amenities in a home but built in a great location with great schools and conveniences.
